Locally Produced Sitcom, Small Mission Enterprise (S.M.E) Has Returned For Its Third Season This September.

Executive Producer, Wayne Lim Said, “The Timing Of The Show, Which Airs At Prime Time On Ntv7 Is Ideal For Business-Minded Individuals To Educate Their Children On The Importance And Steps Involved In Starting A Successful Business.”

This Proves That The Edutainment Show, Which Was Initially Targeted Mainly To Small And Medium Enterprise (SME) Owners, Now Has A New Aim And Purpose. The Sitcom Will Help Educate Owners The Proper Way Of Starting And Running Of A Business In A Situation-Comedy Format.

Returning To Star In The Show Are Baki Zainal, Ash Nair, Chelsia Ng, Alvin Wong And Phoon Chi Ho Along With New Cast Members, Namely, Fashion Guru Wak Doyok, Together With Sukania Venugopal And Tony Eusoff.

Also New To The Show Is Azizi ‘Chunk’ Adnan Who Is Debuting As The Show’s New Director, Taking Over From Douglas Lim, Who Retains His Role As Writer. When Asked About The New Elements Added To The Show, Azizi Mentioned That It Is Mainly His Own Unique Genre Of Comedy, Which He Said Would Be Different From The Previous Seasons.

He Admitted That It Had Been A Challenge To Make It Gel Successfully With The Existing Elements Of The Show, But The Incredible Support Received From The Cast And Crew Members Had Really Helped In The Process Of Fusing His Unique Style Of Comedy With The Show’s Pre-Existing Concepts And Elements.

The Show, Which Centres On A Light-Hearted Story About Three Friends Who Have Pursued Their Own Respective Businesses, Seamlessly Puts Together Elements Of Comedy And Serious Business That Is Accessible To All Malaysians, Both Business People And Laymen Alike, To Educate Them About Business While Still Giving Them A Good Laugh.

Each Episode Focuses On One Particular Aspect Of Running A Successful Business With An Experienced Guest Speaker Appearing At The End Of The Show To Share Real-Life And Practical Advice About Business. This Helps To Highlight The Serious Business Lessons Which Viewers Can Take Home With Them.

The Third Season Will Be Aired On Ntv7 On Thursdays At 9pm, With The First Episode Premiering On Sept 4, 2014. Each Episode Will Be Aired For 30 Minutes And There Will Be A Total Of 13 Episodes For This Season Of S.M.E.

When Asked About His New Role In The Show, Fashion Guru-Turned-Actor, Wak Doyok Revealed That It Was Easy For Him To Play His Role, As It Is Closely Based On His Real-Life Persona. His Character In The Show Rises From Humble Beginnings To Become Successful And Confident, Much Like His Personal Journey In Life.

He Also Hopes That His Involvement In The Show Will Help Expand The Show’s Reach To More Malay-Speaking Viewers And Aspiring Entrepreneurs, As He Felt That The Members Of This Community Needed More Inspiration And Guidance In Starting And Running A Business.
